Justin Bieber performed his new song 'What Do You Mean' for the 'Today' show in Rockerfeller Plaza and gave his audience quite a shock when he revealed his SUPER bleach blonde hair. After the show Matt Lauer presented him with a Guinness World Record plaque for being the youngest artists to make number 1 on the billboard hot 100 list.
