Two weeks after his farted cable, Justin Bieber has just reactivate his Twitter account and bring happiness to its 77 million subscribers. Indeed, there a few weeks ago, the singer of 22 years had deleted his Instagram account after insults his fans against his new sweetheart Sofia Richie and his clash with ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez.
